Teacher – Primary and Early Childhood
Who we are
Emmanuel Christian Community School is a co-educational K-12 school established in 1982 located in Perth’s northern suburbs. We are a ministry of Girrawheen Baptist Church and passionate about training and educating the whole person. We are now seeking someone to join our team.
The Principal invites applications from qualified and/or experienced Teachers looking for a part-time (0.5 FTE) to full-time (1 FTE) role in our Early Childhood Education team.
Selection Criteria
- A demonstrated commitment to the promotion of the school in accordance with its Vision, Mission and Values
- Working knowledge of the West Australian Curriculum, NQS and EYLF
- A sound understanding and demonstrated application of current Early Childhood pedagogy
- Well-developed knowledge of literacy and numeracy teaching and learning in the early years
- Strong organizational skills and competence in the use of information and communication technologies
- Demonstrates initiative, excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- A demonstrated record of achievement in fostering student development

Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience of the successful applicant. Demonstrating the capability and leadership, the successful applicant may be considered for a senior role.
